Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the development of AI and fintech solutions.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the AI workflow and analytics platform.
- Oversee the integration of AI models and human-in-the-loop verification systems.
- Ensure high accuracy and scalability of the platform processing credit applications.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and deliver on strategic goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in AI or fintech.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data processing technologies.
- Experience with building and scaling complex software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
