About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap for AI‑driven financial document processing and fraud detection platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and scale multiple engineering squads across data science, backend, and infrastructure domains.
- Architect and maintain cloud‑native, highly available services on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security teams to ensure models are production‑ready, performant, and compliant.
- Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring to sustain 99%+ data capture accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, machine learning pipelines, and large‑scale data processing.
- Proven track record designing and operating AWS‑based, Kubernetes‑orchestrated systems.
- Strong background in fintech or financial services, understanding of lending workflows and fraud detection.
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills, with a passion for building high‑performing, inclusive teams.
