Lead the integration of AI and infrastructure to manage model risk across the firm, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance through advanced Python, AWS, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of AI-driven model risk solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining Python-based tooling for model validation and monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure and DevOps pipelines to accelerate model lifecycle and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with regulatory and business stakeholders to embed model risk controls into enterprise processes.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists focused on model risk and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or AI with a focus on model risk management.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Terraform, Docker).
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9) and model risk governance.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
