Software Engineer
Seeking a Vice President for LME DevOps to lead and implement advanced DevOps strategies, focusing on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure for the LME platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of robust DevOps practices and strategies for the LME platform.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure management, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Drive automation initiatives across development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, promoting best practices and skill development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior DevOps leadership role, preferably within financial services or trading environments.
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex technical projects.
