About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end secure network solutions for campus, branch, and data center environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, collaborating with infrastructure, security, real estate, risk, and audit to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing network performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee production services, incident response, and capacity planning for high‑availability network operations.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior network engineering experience in large, regulated enterprises.
- Deep expertise in secure network design, routing, switching, and data center networking.
- Proven leadership in delivery management, project execution, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOX, GLBA) and audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
