Seeking a Vice President for Identity Security Engineering specializing in SailPoint. This role focuses on managing and enhancing identity and access management systems to ensure robust security and compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Oversee the integration of SailPoint with various applications and systems to ensure comprehensive access control.
- Drive security best practices and compliance initiatives related to identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and develop a team of identity security engineers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint.
- Proven track record in security engineering and architecture within complex environments.
- Deep understanding of access control models, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
- Experience with cloud security principles and IAM in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
