Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hardware engineering team responsible for the Matter Compiler technology platform.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative micromanufacturing processes.
- Oversee the creation and expansion of the materials library for micromachine production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware development with software and materials science.
- Ensure the scalability and programmability of the manufacturing platform.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for advancing micromanufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior hardware engineering leadership role.
- Deep understanding of micromanufacturing, MEMS, and semiconductor manufacturing principles.
- Expertise in materials science and its application in advanced manufacturing.
- Experience with programmable manufacturing systems and digital platforms.
- Strong track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to production.
