About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of complex, multi‑platform applications, ensuring high quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, author BRDs/SRDs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate design, coding, testing, and documentation across cross‑functional teams, maintaining rigorous adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Conduct code reviews, test plan evaluations, and data validation to uphold performance and security standards.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering best practices in architecture, design patterns, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in full‑stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade applications in a regulated financial environment.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
