Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive food safety and quality assurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Oversee and conduct internal and external audits of facilities and suppliers.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to food safety and quality.
- Lead and mentor the food safety and quality assurance team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and safety into all aspects of operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within food safety and quality assurance.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GFSI).
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
