Executive leader responsible for building and scaling a Finance BI platform, delivering standardized management reporting, dashboards, and analytics across the organization using modern data warehousing and visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for a centralized Finance Business Intelligence and Analytics Center of Excellence.
- Design, implement, and maintain a modern data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) to consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
- Develop and govern standardized management reporting, dashboards, and self‑service analytics using Tableau and Power BI.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Lead a high‑performing team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all financial analytics processes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, and business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data warehousing, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
- Advanced proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong track record of building and scaling BI platforms and delivering enterprise‑wide reporting solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
