The VP of Enterprise Architecture & AI is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the end-to-end enterprise architecture for the organization. This role reports into the CIO and oversees all architectural domains—business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure—with a specialized focus on AI, intelligent automation, and emerging agentic platforms.
This executive will shape our multi-year architecture roadmap, ensure technology alignment with business strategy, and guide the adoption of modern architectures that drive scale, resilience, innovation, and operational efficiency.
What you'll get to do:
- Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy across all architectural domains.
- Establish the enterprise blueprint for AI-enabled transformation, agent-based systems, and next-generation automation.
- Govern standards, patterns, and principles across applications, data, cloud, and integration platforms.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure technology architecture supports the technology investments and business priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end AI architecture, including LLM platforms, model governance, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
- Enable cross-functional alignment with engineering, security, data, and product organizations.
- Govern platform interoperability, API strategy, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Oversee Responsible AI practices, risk frameworks, compliance, and ethical deployment of intelligent systems.
- Drive architectural rigor in cloud adoption, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
- Champion innovation by evaluating emerging tech and advising executive leadership.
Who you are:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale systems design.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies.
- 5+ years in a senior architecture or technology executive role.
- Deep expertise across enterprise architecture domains (application, data, cloud, integration, security).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Proven success leading architecture teams and governing complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
