- Own and drive day-to-day engineering execution, ensuring reliable delivery of products and features.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Facilitate effective cross-team coordination and communication to align efforts towards strategic goals.
- Standardize shared engineering foundations across multiple teams and product lines.
- Partner with the CTO to translate strategic vision into actionable engineering plans and outcomes.
- Oversee people development within the engineering organization, including hiring, retention, and career progression.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, managing multiple teams.
- Demonstrated success in scaling engineering organizations and processes.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in a multi-product platform environment, preferably with SaaS and on-prem delivery models.
