Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably at VP level.
- Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, hardware, automation, and systems engineering.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex technical platforms.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
