About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision for semiconductor test and measurement products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, development, and launch of MEMS probe cards, probe stations, metrology systems, and quantum cryogenic measurement solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, quality standards, and product performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to translate customer needs into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in semiconductor test and measurement engineering, with a strong background in MEMS and probe technology.
- Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex, high‑quality products on schedule.
- Deep understanding of metrology, quantum cryogenic measurement, and related instrumentation.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands‑on technical expertise combined with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
