Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams to develop and scale technology platforms for drug discovery and development.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for AI-driven pharmaceutical innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust software systems and infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical operations, and data science.
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of engineering projects aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, managing large technical teams.
- Strong background in software development and architecture, preferably in a scientific or healthcare context.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in drug development is a plus.
