- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the company's giving platform.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and operational excellence.
- Manage engineering budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, managing multiple teams.
- Strong background in software development and architecture, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic technical plans.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
