Requirements
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in a senior management role.
- Deep understanding of authentication protocols, identity management systems, and API security.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience with software development best practices, including CI/CD and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
