About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a roadmap to evolve static dashboards into interactive, AI‑enhanced, natural‑language analytics platforms.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, scalability, and security for finance‑critical insights.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic questions into actionable visual and conversational analytics.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and visualization specialists.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for data visualization, storytelling, and AI integration across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI; hands‑on experience building ML/NLP models for insight generation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver decision‑ready analytics to senior executives in a fast‑paced, regulated finance environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Track record of building high‑performing teams and establishing governance frameworks for data products.
