About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize advanced machine‑learning and generative AI models that address core business challenges.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, fostering best practices in model lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product owners, risk, and compliance teams to ensure models meet regulatory standards and performance targets.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging research in generative AI and translate breakthroughs into practical, high‑impact applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML teams in a financial or enterprise setting.
- Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record delivering production‑grade generative AI models (e.g., large language models, diffusion models).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps tools for scalable model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
