About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for hybrid and multi‑cloud architectures, ensuring high availability and scalability across all digital platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and deploying integrated solutions that connect customer, agent, and employee interfaces with backend systems and external data sources.
- Collaborate with the CTO and senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and monetization strategies.
- Establish engineering best practices, governance, and security standards for enterprise architecture.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership, with proven experience in enterprise architecture and multi‑cloud deployments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration patterns.
- Strong background in designing scalable backend systems and digital platform ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering complex, high‑impact technology solutions.
