Lead AI/ML initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks, partnering with compliance and operational teams while leveraging Python, machine learning models, and cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models to detect emerging technology and cybersecurity threats across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with compliance, conduct, and operational risk teams to translate risk insights into actionable controls and policies.
- Develop automated risk‑monitoring pipelines using Python and cloud services to provide real‑time visibility into system vulnerabilities.
- Lead risk assessments for new technology deployments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Mentor senior analysts and drive a culture of data‑driven risk management throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or related fields, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building production‑grade machine‑learning models.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data‑pipeline orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders at senior levels.
