Vice President - AI/ML Technical Developer
Software Engineer
Lead AI/ML development initiatives, designing agentic frameworks, automating testing pipelines, overseeing code quality, and managing model deployment and evaluation across cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI/ML frameworks that drive product innovation and scalability.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing suites to ensure model reliability and performance.
- Lead code review processes, establishing best practices for clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Oversee end‑to‑end model deployment pipelines, integrating CI/CD tools and cloud services.
- Define and execute rigorous model evaluation protocols, monitoring metrics and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning development and production deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks, code review tools, and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing their lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to guide cross‑functional teams.
