About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI and Generative AI strategy, focusing on high‑value use cases across Markets, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, prototype, and scale AI/ML solutions, ensuring they are reusable and measurable for commercial impact.
- Partner with business stakeholders to embed AI into existing workflows, driving adoption, governance, and an AI‑first culture.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) and agentic AI applications, establishing best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing technical team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML product development and enterprise enablement, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM technologies, including model training, fine‑tuning, and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change‑management skills, with a passion for cultivating an AI‑first mindset across diverse teams.
