About the role
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, test plans, and as‑built documentation for handover.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging AV technologies and integration techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AV commissioning and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of resolving complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA) are a plus.
