Vibe Coder / AI Product Builder - AIMAI

We’re hiring a curious and capable Vibe Coder / AI Product Builder to help turn client problems, rough ideas and workflow opportunities into useful working products.

This is not a traditional software developer role. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can use modern AI-assisted tools to build first versions quickly, test ideas in the real world and improve them through feedback.

You do not need a computer science degree or years of conventional development experience. We care more about what you can create, how you approach unfamiliar problems and how quickly you learn. You may already be using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, APIs or no-code and low-code platforms to build apps, dashboards, automations, bots or internal tools.

You could be exploring a client challenge, shaping a workflow, creating an AI-first mock-up, building a working prototype, testing an app with users or improving a product after launch.

Working pattern and flexibility

37.5 hours across five days, Monday to Friday.

Core office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–15:00 (25 hours).

A further 12.5 flexible hours to be worked around the core hours.

This is a hybrid role, with specific office days at our premises in Meltham, West Yorkshire, to be agreed. Regular office attendance will be required, so the role is not suitable for fully remote working.

Working hours may occasionally need to be adjusted around client meetings, presentations, launches and wider business requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Support and increasingly lead conversations with clients to understand their goals, constraints and what is realistically deliverable.
• Turn rough ideas and agreed workflows into clear AI-first mock-ups and working prototypes.
• Use modern AI coding tools, no-code and low-code platforms, APIs and other AI-enabled systems to build useful first versions quickly.
• Create apps, tools, dashboards, forms, workflows, automations, assistants and internal systems.
• Present mock-ups and early versions to clients, explaining the proposed approach, scope and trade-offs clearly.
• Work with clients and colleagues to test ideas, gather feedback and improve what works.
• Stop or rethink ideas that do not create enough value rather than continuing to build for the sake of it.
• Hand more complex or approved products into development where needed and stay involved through build and refinement.
• Test apps and workflow solutions thoroughly, identifying bugs, gaps and usability issues.
• Retest fixes and help make sure products are ready for client review and launch.
• Create training videos, guides, walkthroughs and client-facing support content.
• Support minor fixes, small changes and iterative improvements after launch.
