Seeking a Venue IT Specialist to manage and maintain IT systems at a live entertainment venue. Responsibilities include network support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations for events.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for all venue technology systems, including networks, computers, and audiovisual equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the venue.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during events.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Assist with the setup and operation of IT infrastructure for special events and performances.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and inventory of IT assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of network administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in hardware and software installation and maintenance.
