Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the Enterprise and AI venture space.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessment.
- Support deal execution, including term sheet negotiation and legal documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in venture capital, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on technology.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Software and Artificial Intelligence technologies and market trends.
