Veeva Vault CTMS – Architect / BA Technical LeadExperience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and technical-functional design for Veeva Vault CTMS implementations.
- Define scalable solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to CTMS configuration and development teams.
- Review requirements, solution designs, configurations, integrations, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and Veeva teams.
- Lead complex CTMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide guidance on Vault configuration, security, workflows, objects, lifecycle, and data models.
- Review and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Drive technical design reviews, solution assessments, and best practices.
- Support Veeva Vault upgrades and releases.
- Mentor junior and mid-level CTMS resources.
Required Skills:
- Strong Veeva Vault CTMS expertise
- 10+ years of Life Sciences / IT experience
- Architecture and technical leadership experience
- CTMS implementation experience
- Vault configuration and customization
- Integration knowledge
- Vault security, workflows, objects, and lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
