Vanes Technical Manager - RTX (Raytheon Technologies)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and validation of aircraft engine vanes.
• Manage design, analysis, and testing phases of vane projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the design and manufacturing of turbomachinery components, specifically vanes.
• Strong understanding of materials science, CFD analysis, and mechanical design principles.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
