Lead end‑to‑end value stream optimization in supply chain, driving data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement across production, logistics and procurement using analytics, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end value stream for supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Leverage data analytics (SQL, Python, BI tools) to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and optimize inventory and logistics.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance process quality across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (procurement, production, IT, quality) to design and roll out process changes and performance dashboards.
- Drive change management, train teams on new processes, and monitor key performance indicators to sustain improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management with a strong focus on data‑driven process improvement.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and advanced analytical tools (SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
