Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive validation plans for multi‑agent AI architectures.
- Develop automated test suites in Python to assess agent coordination, decision logic, and safety constraints.
- Collaborate with research, development, and safety teams to define validation metrics and success criteria.
- Analyze test results, identify failure modes, and recommend corrective actions to improve system reliability.
- Document validation procedures, findings, and compliance reports for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python programming and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on knowledge of multi‑agent systems, reinforcement learning, or related AI domains.
- Proven track record in software validation, testing, and quality assurance.
