About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and articulate design decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and user research methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
