Seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with development teams to implement designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
