How You Will Make An Impact
As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications. You will:
Collaborate on the design of user-centered digital experiences by participating in needs analysis, defining workflows, and continuously improving usability in web and/or mobile applications.
Create visually appealing, consistent interfaces that align with the design system, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency across all digital products.
Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, enabling the rapid validation of ideas and the communication of solutions to stakeholders.
Support user research activities (interviews, surveys, benchmarking, heuristic analysis) to understand behaviors, problems, and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
Apply basic usability principles (Nielsen's heuristics, UX best practices) and collaborate on the implementation of accessibility standards.
Work in a way that respects and contributes to existing design systems, ensuring visual consistency and the reuse of components.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly, participating in handoffs and reviews.
Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and user data, demonstrating the ability to learn and continuously improve.
Document design decisions, workflows, and components, ensuring clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.
