Do you open a PDP and immediately start forming hypotheses before you've even read the copy?
Freebird ® is a 9-figure DTC brand serving over 2 million customers and redefining grooming for the modern consumer. We've built one of the strongest paid acquisition engines in DTC. The next phase of growth isn't about more traffic. It's about designing experiences that convert, retain, and compound.
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who doesn't just make things look good, but builds the design system and conversion-focused surfaces that make the numbers move. This role owns the Freebird visual execution layer, the component library that scales it, and the high-stakes pages where customers decide whether to buy.
This is not a "here are the brand guidelines, go design some screens" role. You'll be hands-on in Figma every day, running A/B test variants, maintaining a design system that the entire organization depends on, and shipping production-ready work within sprint cadence, with metrics attached to every major decision.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Design and partner closely with our CRO Manager. This role is 100% remote. We require meaningful overlap with US working hours.
If you think in components, conversion hypotheses, and funnel mechanics, and you've been waiting for a seat where design decisions are measured, not debated, this role is for you.
What You'll Own:
Design the Surfaces That Drive Revenue
Build and Own the Freebird Design System
The design system is not a side project. It is the foundation that makes everything else scalable.
