Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective design strategies.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
