About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of UX/UI design projects, particularly those involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define and implement user-centered design solutions.
- Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring successful project completion.
- Communicate design strategies and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design delivery and project management.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in user interface design.
