UXR Operations Lead, AI - harvey

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the User Experience Research (UXR) team focused on AI products.
• Manage research workflows, tools, and resources to ensure efficient and effective research execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate UXR insights into the AI product development lifecycle.
• Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key user needs and pain points related to AI features.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across teams regarding UXR findings and their implications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UXR processes and best practices within an AI context.

Requirements

• Proven experience in User Experience Research (UXR) operations or a similar role, preferably in an AI-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and their application in product development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
