Seeking a UX Researcher to focus on AI and Enterprise Collaboration products. This role involves conducting user research to inform product development and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research, AI, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role.
Strong understanding of various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience with AI-powered products or enterprise collaboration software is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate research findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
