The Role: We're hiring a User Research Lead to be the voice of the customer at Emergent. With millions of users building on our platform across 190+ countries, understanding who they are, what they need, and why they behave the way they do is critical to how we build. You'll own the research function end-to-end, from scoping and planning studies to moderating interviews, synthesizing insights, and driving them into action across product, success, and sales teams.
