Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase of product development, conducting user research and analysis to identify user needs and business opportunities.
- Develop and articulate product strategies, defining roadmaps and feature sets aligned with user goals and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing strategy and discovery work.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Experience in defining product strategy and contributing to product roadmaps.
