About the role: As a Product Designer within our Stores UX Team you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. In this role, you will help design intuitive experiences that support Target guests and/or store team members and leaders in their daily work. Partnering with designers, product managers, and engineers, you will apply human-centered design practices to solve operational challenges and create solutions that improve team member effectiveness.
As a member of the team, you will contribute to a collaborative design culture through thoughtful craft, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You'll share your work openly, participate in critiques, and help strengthen partnerships across product and engineering.

Responsibilities:
Participate throughout the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, prototyping, validation, design refinement, and implementation with engineering.
Partner closely with and learn from senior designers through collaboration, feedback, and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional working teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
