About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high‑voltage electrical systems, ensuring continuous, safe power supply to critical assets.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to minimise downtime.
- Implement and audit safety procedures, maintaining compliance with HSE and SAP regulations.
- Lead preventive maintenance programmes, documenting work and updating asset records.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support training initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a High Voltage Authorised Person, with SAP certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety, HSE practices, and maintenance management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
