About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and optimize HVAC and utilities systems for biopharmaceutical production facilities.
- Lead building automation system integration and performance monitoring.
- Develop and manage CAPEX plans, budgets, and project schedules for plant upgrades.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable equipment performance.
- Provide technical oversight for system design, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in utilities and HVAC engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with building automation platforms and HVAC design software.
- Strong project management and CAPEX planning skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
