Seeking a User Support Technician to handle workstation deployment, installation, and user support within a Microsoft environment. Responsibilities include preparing, installing, and renewing IT equipment, alongside managing the IT inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, and support user workstations within the defined scope.
- Prepare, install, and renew computer workstations according to internal procedures.
- Provide user support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the IT inventory.
- Work within a Microsoft environment including Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Handle mobile device management and support.
Requirements
- Experience in user support and workstation management.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience with IT inventory management.
- Knowledge of mobile device support.
