Software Engineer
Support and empower users of a DoD-wide OSINT workflow platform, troubleshooting technical issues, creating documentation, and delivering training while ensuring seamless operation of the TCPED pipeline.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for end users of the POSTMAN TCPED platform, diagnosing and resolving issues related to tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create user guides, and maintain a knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and participate in beta testing of new features.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to promote best practices and maximize platform adoption.
- Monitor system performance, generate usage reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall workflow reliability.
Requirements
- Experience supporting complex technical systems, preferably in a defense or intelligence environment.
- Strong understanding of OSINT concepts and TCPED workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
