We’re Looking For A: User Group Data Admin and Photo Support Intern
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite)
Program Dates:
- Start Date: September 14th
- End Date: December 10th
Workload: Part-time, 25-29 hours/week
What You’ll Be Doing: Busy User Group department with a full slate of Before & After photo shoots for health, beauty and wellness products is looking for a candidate with strong Capture One experience, and digital asset management skills to support User Group Photographer and the User Group Team. Solid understanding of photography is a plus.
- Become familiar with User Group Before & After photo tracking grid (SOP) and naming conventions
- Run Capture One at User Group photo shoots to queue up "Before" photos for shooter, name assets, and organize and track each digital photo in the SOP on the fly in real time
- Help organize and manage current and past digital media assets into individual User Group folders in Google Drive
- Help create a user-friendly digital portal for our photo and video assets, claims, surveys, User data, and feedback for easy company access
- Help create "Best of" Before & After side-by-side compilations with existing templates
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Strong proficiency with capture One, strobe lighting, Canon/DSLR cameras and lenses and Google sheets
- Strong proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop)
- Excellent data management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Strong ability to be self-motivated and deadline driven
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma
- Experience assisting photographers, photo media management, managing and implementing digital asset systems
- Some college and/or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years' experience (preferred)
