About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of core products including conversational chatbots, interview scheduling, recruitment automation, and generative AI solutions.
- Take hands-on ownership of strategic design projects, overseeing the entire product design lifecycle from discovery.
- Provide strategic design leadership for chatbot experiences that simplify recruiters' tasks and improve candidate interactions.
- Define product design paradigms and advocate for users and customers.
Requirements
- Seasoned user experience architect with experience in product design.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end product design for software products.
- Proven ability to provide strategic design leadership.
- Experience with conversational chatbots and recruitment automation is a plus.
