In this role, you'll lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives that drive Walmart International's strategic goals. You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance the associate experience and support Walmart's mission to help people save money and live better. What you will do
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional software development programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define program scope, architecture, and milestones.
- Drive execution across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Champion best practices in software development, DevOps, and program governance to ensure operational excellence.
- Track and communicate program health, status, and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across teams.
- Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to the evolution of program management practices within the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex software systems at scale.
- Solid foundation in software engineering, with hands-on experience or deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern development practices.
- Proven ability to lead Agile programs involving multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to VP and C-level audiences.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards for tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
