What you'll do: As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing the company's capabilities in artificial intelligence, particularly in developing, optimizing, and deploying generative AI applications. By developing state-of-the-art frameworks and tools, you will empower engineers and other stakeholders to maximize the potential of generative AI across the organization. In addition, you will:

• End-to-End AI Solutioning: Own the lifecycle of generative AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable production systems.
• Scalability and Reliability: Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems by implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and alerting systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, business, UX and product teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into Headspaces products and services.
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Overall 9+ years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development with 2+ years in Generative AI or LLMs.
• Expertise in Python, Java, Spring and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
